More hassle from the anti brigade and their cronies
More hassle from the anti group GA and their CRONIES.
When will they ever stop peddling lies about me and my greyhounds?
GA are not big enough or man enough to admit they have wrongfully accused me of being an animal abuser, they still continue to peddle their lies about me.
GA have and it seems always will go about their campaigning victimising innocent law abiding citizens without any facts and just a selection of words taken off an internet forum (have you antis never heard of actions speak louder than words, judge a person by what they do not what they say...retards!)
This was a time for me of great personal stress having just put down two 4-5 week old pups on the advice of a Qualified VET to save their 4 litter mates from possible infection. Those pups I brought in to the world, I was with them every day of their lives tending to their every need - the guilt that I thought it was somehow my fault they were born with an internal defect was stressful enough without having this bunch of mindless uncaring liars hounding me on the phone and over the internet then and now over 3 years later! Why won't these sick people let those pups and the memory of them rest in peace?
On a lighter more positive note since that first litter we have had 2 more litters and 15 strong and healthy pups, none of them with any defects and none put down! I still have 6 from the last two litters, 1 racing in UK, one just broken a hock (see below) and 4 pups which will be off to the schooling track in November.
We recently had a bitch break a hock, vet was ready to put her down but no, she was taken to a vet a day or so later, had her bone reset and put in to a cast all at great expense but she ran many races for us and gave us great enjoyment so it was the right thing to do. We have found her a home, a friend recently lost his pet dog and asked if we had a greyhound for re-homing. So once the cast comes off and we have her spayed he'll be taking her home with him and she'll live out her days as a family pet.
So make up your own mind - never any charges of animal abuse or animal cruelty against me or my family, all of my dogs licensed and alive and well living on premises visited by a dog warden with no reason for me not to keep greyhounds or any other animal for that matter. My door is open to anyone that wants to visit me and see my greyhounds, they'd both be more than glad of seeing a visitor and being petted by you.
Some animal abuser huh?
The lane I live on a great walk for my retired (NOT RESCUED) greyhounds!

Fastest bitch in the Czech Republic
Well here is a very welcome email received this morning from the owners of the bitch we sold to the Czech Republic:
"Do you remember us? The guys from the Czech Greyhound Racing Federation?
I just wanted to inform you that the bitch you sold us – NewMac Dior – is the fastest bitch in the Czech Republic. She is really good racer, perhaps too wild but really fast.
Best regards,
Michal Kaspar

Bella and Dior out in the neighbours field
Bella not bad for 11 years old but she finds it harder to run about nowadays.
Dior would race if she could - she's in great condition.
Fingers crossed the Hawk Pups have some of her ability and speed.
The owner of the field next door (7-8 acres) is just in process of smoothing off the field ready for planting some cattle grass, the greys can have the run of the place until the spring which is handy as it's 300 yards up the lane :-)
There wouldn't be to many retired (NOT RESCUED) greyhounds with this amount of land on their doorstep!!
